The students had 15 minutes to read or work on typing tutor at the start of class.
Today we finished discussing how to peer edit using the following slideshow: https://www.slideshare.net/morag/peer-editing-oct-2020
Then we went through the rough draft of a poem and did some editing together. You can find an example of the rough draft and our editing notes on Google Classroom.
If you are absent you will need to have a handwritten rough draft and then when you return we will have someone peer edit and you will peer edit their work.

Today the students worked on their Powtoon final projects. They will finish these up tomorrow. We will have our exam on the novel "The Hill" on Friday.
