The students corrected their vocabulary words and then finished their Word Forms section. We corrected before they started work on Understanding the Story, which is due for tomorrow.

Today we started working on the story "A Sound of Thunder" by Ray Bradbury. It is about time travel and what might happen to the future if you mess with the past. You can listen to the story below. If you could go back in time "when" would you go? Who would you want to meet?
There are also several questions to answer about the story in the Google Doc found on Google Classroom. One activity is identifying similes, metaphors, and personification found in the story. There are videos to explain those literary terms attached below.
