Friday, November 8, 2019 (Day 4)

COMPUTERS 8Blue

Today the students started to think about Coding.  We watched a video and the students filled out a sheet about coding being everywhere.  If you were absent watch the video on Classroom and complete the sheet.

ELA 8A

The students read for ten minutes.  Then we finished watching "Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close."  They students filled out their video analysis and handed it in.  If you were absent be in my room at lunch to watch the ending on Tuesday.

SENIOR FRENCH

The students completed reading the articlve by Siffleur the pigeon and we discussed it. We also did the first three questions of Exeercise L - Passé Composé or Imparfait?  We'll spend more time on this next week.

ELA 9A & 9B

The students read for ten minutes silently.  Then they had time to work on the rough draft of their newspaper article based on the story "On the Sidewalk Bleeding."  Rough drafts should be completed on Google Classroom for Tuesday's class.  They must incluce a headline, a lead (who, what, when, where), a body (why & how), at least three quotes by characters (drunk, Laura, couple, old lady, cop) from the story, and a conclusion.
