Friday, October 26, 2018 (Day 6)

SENIOR FRENCH

We watched the last holiday presentation.  The students had ten minutes to make corrections to their slideshows (using the formative assessment given during presentaions) before turning them in.  Then they students completed and corrected a sheet for past tense, which used both avoir and être with the past participles.

FRENCH 8B

Five people were in the Chaise Chaud.  We went through their Avoir/Être exams.  We sang "Bonne Fête" to Kaden.  Then everyone received a penpal letter from a class in Normandy, France.  We shared our letters.  Next class we'll start writing out responses.

ELA 9B

The students read for ten minutes.  Then we corrected Vocabulary Lesson 3. On Monday the students will be having an open book exam on the first 3 lessons.  If you were absent today you need to get your work done before period 4 (use your lunch hour),  We also read most of the story "On the Sidewalk Bleeding" by Evan Hunter.  You may read it here is you were absent: On the Sidewalk Bleeding
