FRENCH 10/20

Today we discussed what we had for lunch yesterday and then researched terms for lunch time foods and general utensils.

ELA 9A

The students continue reading "The Hill" from page 132 to 167.  Keep getting in those overdue assignments please!

R&J Act 2 Film Comparison paragraph - due April 20th - Nolan, Austin

R&J Act 3 Film Comparison paragraph - due May 2nd - Austin, Ashton S.

R&J Act 4&5 Film Comparison paragraph GC - due May 22nd - Austin

R&J Final Essay GC (but must hand in a printed copy and the planning sheet) - due May 29th - Kaylie J, Ashton S, Jessica, Austin, Pierce

Book Talk (Poster e-mail to me & planning sheet hand in) - due June 8th - Alijah, Austin, Torrence, Jayden, Kaylie J, Nolan, Ashton S, Averie

FRENCH 7B

The students received formative feedback on their description sentences and their clothing sentences.  They are now working on their final project about a friend.  It must include:
  • a picture
  • description of face shape, eyes, nose, mouth, and hair (colour, length and style)
  • clothing description - 4 items with colours
  • 3 sentences about things they do or that they like
*Use your notes and make sure your sentences are complete.  This will be due at the end of next class:  Thursday, June 14th.

Six  students were in the Chaise Chaud.  They then received formative feedback on their description sentences and their clothing sentences.  They are now working on their final project about a friend.  It must include:
